purple hamster

3 things rocked my world today: my apple elevator, my new keyboard, and overtime.

I've been silent in cyberspace of late. Not that I've abandoned my blog or anything, it's just time and space for introspection I guess. With work and -work- and clinic, and exams and boyfriends and avoiding lesbian love-suites, I've been a rather busy hamster. Not that it's a bad thing.

trying to post my pictures, but I cannot coordinate blogger, files and iphoto into a coherent showing. Maybe next time, as my love of procrastination rears it's scaly green head again.

On a side note, the long awaited paycheck comes soon. I'm broke. There are way too many birthdays in March, and the call of home inprovement too strong to ignore. Which reminds me.....

Macie's my new fridge by the way. Some have thought her to be my new housemate, others have her pegged as something less innocent. I now proclaim that Macie is my new 463l LG fridge, complete with ice maker thingie and freezer large enough to get me scuttling to fill it. =) so yes put your dirty imaginations to bed.

Speaking of bed, I'm now off to fill mine. Toodles!

exhaustion.

way too much work, way too much information to cram into my little hamster brain. The keeping up with the jones and all has led to a very very purple black mood, and a jittery hamster ready to do nuts and do somersaults. Whose lardy arse had grown, attention span shrunk. And spending copious amounts of money and all that has not helped. Argh.

Times like this, I'm glad I know that this is what I want to do with my life.

Other then that, school just fine. Too much work, too little study, not enough time, but what else is new. No thanks to the bottle of wine i polished off last night.

In other words, I just found out that I do indeedy have one of my memory sticks with my. So once I find someone with a Sony camera or something, I'll upload some photos. Chocolate munchkins included.

I hate VSU. my cost of living has just gone skyrocketing. As has my daily shot of chai.

blah.

So, what has the hamster been doing?

I've had an absolutely amazing time in japan and korea. I have never eaten so much, nor taken so many photos. Unfortunately, due to an unfortunate coincidence of luggage, my camera and mem sticks are in singapore (that was not my idea) so awesome photos of marching penguins and huge temples and cute boys will have to wait. and scrumptious photos of chocolate.

other then that, I've had an amazing holiday. Probably too busy for my own good, but I'm as satisfied as a kid who's had his fill of chocolate cake (altho my chewy caramel snickers bar might have something to do with that). Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and Korea. *tick* I probably had my fill of globe trotting for awhile, seeing as I won't be home much over the winter hols and this sem is insane. really really really insane.

But I will be online more often hopefully, one i get all my things up and running. still settling into uni life again. I really need to get my act together.
