it's been a super long and short year. eventful wot?

in two semesters i have (in no order of importance) :

  1. taken a girlfriends only trip (the first of many, my pots!)
  2. planned myveryown holiday, by myself and for myself
  3. read many secrets
  4. turned 21
  5. entered uni (finally)
  6. watched death
  7. moved into my own place
  8. spent a fortune
  9. did anatomy without puking once in the cadaver labs
  10. bought my first lotto ticket
  11. got real drunk
  12. flown the same route 7 times (once more on the 14th of dec, the hamster will touchdown!)
  13. flown in a plane 13 times (16x by christmas, and 21x by the start of next sem)
  14. drowned a phone
  15. bought 3k worth of textbooks (and used them all too)
  16. met a schizophrenic (and then another one)
  17. gone to the apple-side (still got my dell for gaming tho)
  18. gone to sydney and melbourne
  19. gave blood for the first time
  20. bought a bicycle
  21. planted a tree

there. 21 things in my 21 years. it's been a year too long but yet too short.

why wrap the year up now? cuz it's the end of sem (almost) and i think once my holidays start, i'll be too crazily busy to even log onto the computer. and it's fitting somehow.

i don't think i will ever find what i'm looking for

exams that is.. hehe... now that they're (mostly) over, i have regained some sanity, and most of my sense of humor...

gonna purchase nightfall! i'm in love with guild wars' graphics, the ability to have a tiger for a pet, and the fact that i don't have to pay a subscription, so i can stop playing for xams if i wanted to. suck it, warcraft. WoW's pretty decent, but not if i 'm going to be paying a subscription. your software's pricey enough (that said, the new expansion pack looks pretty pretty. with 2 new races and all) i should be paid for these reviews. in games and lifelong subscriptions.

tralalala... also, chateu sondu is undergoing renovations. mostly exterior, but it's extimated to take 6 months. gah. talk about taking forever.

oh well, off to stand like a groupie outside toowong's new EB. and cuddle my nightfall all the way home

edit: yes i'm bored. psyc does nothing for me, and i refuse to mug my brains out after a few terrible exams if i haven't enjoyed myself first. bah and humbug to our exam coordinators.
